The heart shape is so aesthetically pleasing to me and I love how versatile it is for jewellery.  Just when you think there will be no more hearts……these come along.

Truth be told, they were a bit of an accident.  I was making two chunky open heart charms for a bangle order and one had a tiny flaw in the silver so I cut it out and these open heart hoops just kind of materialised.

I did a poll on my facebook page and it was a huge ‘yes’ for these as a standard piece.

They are handmade so shape and size may vary by a miniscule mm.  Each heart is approximately 22mm across and because they are made out of 2.5mm thick wire (chunky) each hoop weighs approximately 2.8g including the scroll. I have sparkle textured the sides of the heart and left the edge, front profile, lovely and shiny smooth.

These are eyecatching so be ready for the compliments.
