My hope, as the sole designer and maker of each and every piece of Silverpickle jewellery, is that you are completely delighted with each and every purchase you make. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you have changed your mind about the piece you have ordered please contact me within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Once you have contacted me we can arrange for you to send back your order, with all the original packaging, in perfect condition, within 28 days of receiving it.
Unfortunately refunds cannot be made for earrings, due to health and hygiene reasons, or custom made items that have been personalised.
The cost of returning your unwanted item to me is your responsibility and initial delivery charges will only be refunded if your item is faulty or damaged.
Please ensure you return your item using Royal Mail Special Delivery as this is the only way that jewellery is insured if it gets lost. Returning any Silverpickle jewellery using any other method of delivery will be at your own risk and I will not be able to complete your refund.
All of my jewellery is made to order and if you have made an error and given me the incorrect size for a ring or a bangle please contact me to discuss a replacement or adjustment in size within 14 days of receiving your purchase. For Christmas orders I allow the month of January for alterations, anything later than this will come with a charge for my time. Some alterations can be made easily but for items such as spinning rings the aalternation may require a completely new ring and will be charged for appropriately. Please refer to my sizing guide before making your purchase.
