One of the first ever ‘big’ bangle custom orders I had as Silverpickle was for a lovely triple bangle with a variety of heart charms. I remember it mostly because of how substantial it felt as a piece of jewellery. It is no secret that I love chunky silver jewellery.
I have never been asked to make anything quite like it since but I have always wanted to have a signature bangle that had that really wonderful, chunky feel about it.

I love the contrast between smooth and textured silver so I wanted to incorporate that into this piece. There are two 3mm thick smooth round bangles and a 4.8mm x 2.4mm rectangular, hammer textured, bangle which are held together by two charms. This gives the piece a width of almost 11mm and the bangles make a delightful sound together, when you move.
The charms are identical to my Silverpickle Charm Bracelet, the chunky solid heart charm has been hand cut from 3mm thick sheet and has been shaped so that it is the same as my Silverpickle logo heart and the open heart charm has been made out of 2mm thick wire and it floats freely round the bangles.
The hallmark on this bangle is on the inside of the textured rectangular bangle. If you like a lot of silver on your wrist, this is the bangle for you.

The chunky Silverpickle bangle is made to order and will arrive in a gift box, tied with ribbon, and includes a silver polishing cloth.
